Annina Hebel has a diverse work experience. Annina started their career at Bildungsdirektion Basel-Stadt in 2012 as an Executive Assistant. After a year, they joined Bildungsdirektion Basel-Land in the same role and worked there for five years until 2018. In 2018, Annina Hebel transitioned to Kilchenmann AG, where they started as an Onsite Supporter & ICT Trainer. Annina later became the Team Leader of the Onsite Services department and finally, in July 2022, they were promoted to the position of Head of Onsite Services.

Annina Hebel's education history begins with their certification in Social Work from Fachmaturitätsschule Basel, which they obtained between 2004 and 2008. Following that, they pursued a commercial education at MCH Messe Schweiz (Basel) AG from 2009 to 2012, focusing on services and administration and earning a Swiss Maturity Diploma. Moreover, they obtained the "Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist" certification from Scaled Agile Inc in March 2020, and the "Mitarbeiter entwickeln" certification from LinkedIn in September 2020.
