Annina Hebel

Annina Hebel has a diverse work experience. Annina started their career at Bildungsdirektion Basel-Stadt in 2012 as an Executive Assistant. After a year, they joined Bildungsdirektion Basel-Land in the same role and worked there for five years until 2018. In 2018, Annina Hebel transitioned to Kilchenmann AG, where they started as an Onsite Supporter & ICT Trainer. Annina later became the Team Leader of the Onsite Services department and finally, in July 2022, they were promoted to the position of Head of Onsite Services.

Annina Hebel's education history begins with their certification in Social Work from Fachmaturitätsschule Basel, which they obtained between 2004 and 2008. Following that, they pursued a commercial education at MCH Messe Schweiz (Basel) AG from 2009 to 2012, focusing on services and administration and earning a Swiss Maturity Diploma. In 2018, Annina completed their Diploma of Advanced Studies (DAS) in Education Management from Hochschule für Wirtschaft FHNW / School of Business FHNW.

In addition to their formal education, Annina has obtained various certifications. Annina received the "Diplôme de français professionnel - Secrétariat B2" from the Chambre de commerce et d'industrie de Paris in May 2012. In October 2011, they achieved the "First Certificate in English - C1" from ENGLISH IN CHESTER. Annina also holds the "ITIL® 4 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management" from PeopleCert, which they obtained in August 2019. Moreover, they obtained the "Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist" certification from Scaled Agile Inc in March 2020, and the "Mitarbeiter entwickeln" certification from LinkedIn in September 2020.
