Jiah Falcke

Jiah Falcke has extensive work experience in the food industry. Jiah has held various roles at different companies throughout their career.

Starting in 2005, Falcke worked at Lion Co as a Manufacturing Manager, then advanced to become an Operations Manager and ultimately a Supply Chain Director for Western Australia. Jiah had overall responsibility for multiple site operations, inbound and outbound logistics.

In 2011, Falcke joined Unilever as an Operations Director for Ice Cream, where they stayed until 2014. Jiah then became the SU Director for HPC/IC, overseeing the Home and Personal Care and Ice Cream divisions.

In 2015, Falcke joined Goodman Fielder as an Operations and Supply Chain Director. During their tenure, they held the position of Head of SC and Baking GM before becoming responsible for operations and supply chain across 14 factories, 72 dispatch locations, and a fleet of trucks.

From 2019 to 2020, Falcke served as the Chief Operating Officer for Kilcoy Global Foods before assuming the position of President in November 2020.

Throughout their career, Falcke has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in operations, supply chain management, and team management.

Jiah Falcke obtained a Supply Chain Certification from APICS in 2012. In 2009, they completed a Six Sigma program at the University of Melbourne, focusing on Lean Methodology. From 2007 to 2009, Jiah pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Adelaide. In 2001, they graduated from the University of Melbourne with a degree in Food and Dairy Technology.
