Michelle Thomson

Michelle Thomson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Michelle began their career in 1999 at Kelly Services, where they worked as the National Service Operations & Quality Assurance Manager until 2007. Following this, they joined Auto & General Services - Australia in 2008 as a Senior Corporate HR & Recruitment Consultant, where they remained until 2015. In 2016, they joined AUSTrecruits as a Senior HR Consultant. In 2019, they held roles at ReillyScott as a Senior Search Consultant and at Prima Careers as a Senior Consultant until 2021. Currently, they are working at KILCOY GLOBAL FOODS, starting as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from November 2021 to April 2022, and then transitioning to the role of Head of Talent Acquisition from May 2022 onwards.

Michelle Thomson attended RMIT University from 2001 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Business degree with a major in Human Resources Management and Services. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1994, they studied at William Angliss Institute and obtained a Diploma in Business Management with a specialization in Hospitality. Additionally, Michelle has certifications in ISO 9001 Foundation and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor from SAI Global Assurance, although the specific dates of acquisition are not provided.
