Rory O'Donnell

Rory O'Donnell currently serves as an Assistant Planner - Enforcement at Kildare County Council since December 2023, having previously worked as a Transport Planner at Arup from May to November 2023. O'Donnell's planning experience includes roles at Kildare County Council in Development Management, and as a Graduate Planner at Stephen Little & Associates. Academic qualifications include a Master’s in Planning and Sustainable Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Geographical and Archaeological Sciences from University College Cork, along with a Diploma in Agriculture from Kildalton Agricultural College and a Bachelor of Science in Archaeology and Geology from University College Dublin. Additional roles include a post as Vice President for Welfare at UCC Students' Union and various positions that involved extensive communication, event organization, and stakeholder engagement.
