Stephen Cummins

Stephen Cummins is a Senior Executive Engineer at Kildare County Council since September 2018, with extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. Previous roles include Executive Engineer at Fingal County Council, Principal Engineer at AECOM, and Project Manager at both GHD and Transport Scotland, where responsibilities included managing major transportation projects from design to maintenance. Early career experience encompasses significant contributions to the €420m M3 Clonee to North of Kells project at WYG Group, as well as roles as a designer and site engineer in various civil engineering projects. Stephen holds an MSc in Civil Engineering and Construction Management from Heriot-Watt University, a BSc in Civil Engineering from Abertay University, and a Diploma in Civil Engineering from the Institute of Technology, Sligo.
