David Agan

David Agan, PE, PMP, currently serves as a Geotechnical Engineer at the Bureau of Reclamation since August 2023. Prior to this role, David worked at Kilduff Underground Engineering, Inc. from September 2018 to August 2023, where responsibilities included positions as Project Engineer and Staff Engineer. David's career began at HTE Northeast, where from October 2016 to December 2017, tasks involved construction monitoring, environmental remediation, and the preparation of geotechnical reports. David earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire between 2012 and 2016.
