Karen Morris

Karen Morris has an extensive background in education, currently serving as the Education and College Success Program Coordinator at Kilgore College since August 2017. Prior to this role, Karen worked as a 6th grade ELAR and ESL teacher at Pine Tree ISD and held the position of Headmaster at Selwyn College Preparatory School, where responsibilities included overseeing faculty, managing school operations, and strategic planning. Karen's experience also encompasses leadership positions at North Central Texas College, where course development and department chair responsibilities were key roles, as well as teaching positions in various school districts. Karen holds a Master’s degree in Elementary Education with a reading specialization from Stephen F. Austin State University, a Bachelor’s degree in English from LeTourneau University, and an Associate's degree from Kilgore College.
