Michele Rexha has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Michele started their career in 2013 with summer internships at P&G SGR Spa and Solent Freight Services LTD. In 2016, they worked as a research intern at Ecole Polytechnique. From 2018 to 2019, Michele served as a full stack blockchain developer at FilmChain. In 2019, they founded their own company, Phi Skills, where they worked as a founder and software developer until 2020. In the same year, they joined Citron® as a full stack developer. Michele then co-founded Blend in 2020 and worked as the founder and CTO until 2021. Michele later joined The Other Store - The Oz as a software developer from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of a full stack developer at Kili Technology since April 2023.

From 2017 to 2018, Michele attended Imperial College London where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Science.
Prior to that, from 2016 to 2017, they studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Finance.
In 2015 and 2016, Michele attended École Polytechnique and obtained a Master's degree in Economics.
Before that, from 2014 to 2015, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics at École Polytechnique.
Starting from 2012, Michele pursued their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) and completed it in 2015.
Apart from their formal education, Michele also has additional certifications. In May 2020, they obtained the Agile Development Specialization certification from Coursera. Additionally, in February 2020, they completed the Deep Learning Specialization certification from Coursera.
