Mounia MIR

Mounia MIR has gained extensive work experience in the field of finance and auditing. Mounia currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Kili Technology, starting in March 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as the Head of Finance at the same company from May 2022 to February 2023.

Before joining Kili Technology, Mounia worked at D'Ornano + Co. as a Senior Project Leader in Transaction Services. During their time there, they conducted hybrid due diligence for mid-market Private Equity funds and French start-ups in various industries such as Fintech, Edtech, and Medtech / SaaS.

Mounia also has experience working with LVMH as a Financial & Reporting Manager for their portfolio of 25 Real Estate & Hospitality holdings. Their responsibilities included monthly financial reporting, annual financial statements, and management of consolidated financial data. Mounia also led one-off projects and managed a team of four members.

Earlier in their career, Mounia worked at EIGHT ADVISORY as a Manager in M&A Transaction Services, where they conducted buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for Private Equity funds and privately-owned companies.

Mounia started their career at Deloitte France as a Senior Financial Auditor, where they conducted financial statutory and consolidated audits for international clients. Mounia also managed a team and was involved in fraud-related and compliance procedures.

Throughout their career, Mounia has developed expertise in financial analysis, due diligence, team management, and financial reporting.

Mounia MIR started their education in 2005 and completed their Master 2 degree in CCA - Comptabilité Contrôle Audit at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL in 2010. In 2006, they also studied Language and Arabic Literature at INALCO, completing it in 2008. Mounia then pursued further education and obtained a Diplôme d'Expertise Comptable from Conseil de l'Ordre des Experts-Comptables in 2015.
