Michelle Frescó y Benaim

Michelle Frescó y Benaim has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. Michelle started their career at Chicos.net, where they served as a Facilitator of Workshops from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they moved to Junior Achievement Argentina, where they served as the Coordinadora General Educativa. In this role, they were responsible for designing, managing and evaluating educational programs, as well as maintaining direct contact with sponsors and educational institutions. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at Digital House, where they held various roles such as Coordinadora Pedagógica, Responsable de Equipo, Responsable Mentorias, and Orientador Colegios. Her current role is Operations Manager at Kilimo, which they have held since 2022.

Michelle Frescó y Benaim is currently enrolled in a Lic. Dirección de Organizaciones de la Sociedad Civil program at the Universidad Nacional de San Martín. Michelle previously obtained a Psicóloga Social degree from the Escuela de Psicología Social del Sur between 2011 and 2014. Michelle is also enrolled in a Diploma en Constructivismo y Educación program at FLASCO Argentina, which they began in 2022.
