Cesar Rodriguez Cervantes is a seasoned architect with a diverse background and extensive experience in leading architectural projects across the Middle East. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Killa Design I Architecture since January 2023, Cesar previously held the position of Associate Architect at WSP in the Middle East and Principal Architect at Arcadis, where significant projects included Dubai Hills Mall, City Walk, and various luxury developments at Palm Jumeirah. Cesar’s career began with foundational roles in major architectural firms, demonstrating expertise in project administration, site consultation, and construction management. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Architecture from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Master’s degree in Construction Management from two prestigious European institutions.
