Shela Vinluan

Shela Vinluan is an experienced document controller with a diverse background in project administration and management. Currently serving as a Document Controller at Killa Design I Architecture since May 2023, Shela previously held positions as Project Document Controller at Mirage Leisure and Development, and as Project Secretary/Document Controller for several projects at KEO International Consultants, including Dubai Creek Harbor by EMAAR and Akoya Oxygen by DAMAC. With earlier experience as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator at NAFFCO FZCO, Shela has developed a strong skill set in document management and project coordination. Shela holds a Bachelor of Computer Science with a specialization in Management Information Systems from the Technological University of the Philippines and is IOSH Certified in Health and Safety from Speedway Training Center.
