Adam Fractor

Adam Fractor has a wealth of experience in real estate development and capital markets. At Killian Pacific, Adam currently serves as a Development Manager, overseeing various phases of development projects. Prior to this role, Adam worked at CrowdStreet as a Capital Markets Associate, where Adam supported Managing Directors in sourcing and evaluating commercial real estate deals. Adam's background also includes analyzing proformas and facilitating funding for real estate projects. In addition to their real estate experience, Adam has held positions in public service and urban planning, showcasing a diverse skill set. Adam graduated from Lewis & Clark College in 2017.
