Kevin Clark

Kevin Clark is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in asset and development management. Currently serving as Senior Asset Manager at Killian Pacific since December 2024, Kevin previously held the position of Vice President of Development at Wood Partners from November 2021 to August 2024. Prior roles include Director of Development at Summit Development Group and Development Director at Urban Asset Advisors, where Kevin was involved in urban asset investment and development projects. Earlier career stages include serving as Development Coordinator and Assistant Director at North Park Main Street, an organization focused on enhancing the business community while preserving historical integrity. Kevin holds a Master of Real Estate Development from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and Planning from UC San Diego.
