Sam Bertken has extensive experience in the performing arts, education, and community engagement. Currently an ensemble member with the San Francisco Neo-Futurists and a Simulation Specialist at Mursion, Sam utilizes VR technology to create training simulations. As a founding member of Idiot String, responsibilities include creating public theater programs for children and performing in various productions. Sam also serves as Co-Vice President of the Board and Staff Coordinator for Feelosopher's Path, managing staff and social marketing initiatives. Previous roles include content creation at Movoto, community association duties at WeWork, and customer service at Cinemark and Weston Playhouse Theatre Company. Sam holds a BA in Theatre Arts from Kalamazoo College and a certificate in Japanese Language from the Japan Center for Michigan Universities.
