Alexa Ford

Alexa Ford has an extensive work history that spans several industries. Alexa began their career in 2015 as an Operations Supervisor at High Country Adventure and held this role until 2017. In 2016, they also worked as a Zip Line Operator at Sundance Mountain Resort for a few months. Alexa then interned as a Lead Resort Experience Intern at Marriott International in 2017. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as an Event Operations Supervisor at Marriott International. In 2019, they joined WeWork as an Assistant Community Manager and later became a Community Account Manager until 2020. Following their time at WeWork, they joined Chalice Brands Ltd. as a Visual Merchandising Manager from 2020 to 2021, and then transitioned to the role of Retail Marketing Project Manager until 2022. Most recently, they have been working as a Community Director at Kiln since April 2023.

Alexa Ford attended the International School of Beijing from 2008 to 2012 where they obtained their high school degree. Subsequently, they pursued their higher education at Utah Valley University from 2013 to 2017 and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management.
