Leigh Radford

Leigh Radford is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in the creative sector. As the Creative Director and Founder of Kiln, since January 2018, Leigh has focused on developing a co-working community aimed at enhancing the skills of individuals and teams. Additionally, as the Designer and Business Owner of Studio LDR, established in October 2017, Leigh has led a multidisciplinary design consultancy specializing in hospitality, office, retail, and exhibition design, contributing to the emergence of co-working spaces in the UK and internationally. Previously, Leigh held directorial and design positions at Born Design Ltd, 20|20, and i-am associates from 1997 to 2017, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to innovative design practices.
