Ugnė Čivilė

Ugnė Čivilė is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Head of People @ Growth and Talent Acquisition Partner at Kilo Health since September 2021. Previously, Ugnė worked as a Recruitment Consultant at People Link and held roles in communications and project management at the M. Čiuželio labdaros ir paramos fondas, Nordea Bank Lithuania, Adell Taivas Ogilvy, and TNS Gallup. Ugnė holds a Master's degree in International Communication and a Bachelor's degree in Informology, both from Vilnius University, and completed secondary education at Minties gimnazija.
