Stephane Charlet

Stephane CHARLET has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, business development, and corporate auditing. Currently serving as Head of International Mergers & Acquisitions at Groupe KILOUTOU since January 2017, Stephane is responsible for identifying new business opportunities in Europe and executing international M&A strategies. Prior to this role, Stephane held various prominent positions at Edenred from July 2010 to November 2016, including Senior VP M&A and Business Development for Hispanic Latin America and North America, where responsibilities spanned geographic development and public affairs, as well as leading internal audits. Earlier experience includes roles at ACCOR, where Stephane managed M&A and real estate transactions and served as Corporate Internal Auditor. Stephane possesses a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from ESTP and a Postgraduate Master in Entrepreneurship from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
