Irina A.

Irina A. has worked in the recruitment and executive search industry since 2009. Irina began their career at PROJECO LLC as a Recruitment & Business Development Manager. In 2011, they joined Naurex as an International Recruitment Consultant, focusing on technical roles in the Oil and Gas industry. Later that same year, they took a Lead Recruitment Consultant role at EarthStream, a specialist global recruiting business dedicated to the energy, resources & environment sectors. In 2014, they moved to MTech as a Human Resources Lead. In 2017, they began working as an International Consultant for various companies. Most recently, in 2018, they joined Kilpatrick as a Sr Executive Search Consultant. Kilpatrick is an international company founded in 1997 focused on People Solutions.

Irina A. holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resources Management from Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative (SNSPA), which they obtained between 2007 and 2009. Irina also holds a Bachelor's degree in Language and Literature/Letters from Universitatea OVIDIUS din Constanta, which they obtained between 1998 and 2002.
