Monica Ferrario has over 20 years of work experience in the fields of executive search, career services, project management, and course training. In 1997, they began their career as an intern at the Accademia d'Arti e Mestieri dello Spettacolo - Teatro alla Scala in Milan. Monica then worked as a consultant for the Dancing Department in 1998. In 2000, they joined PROPER TRANSEARCH - Executive Search - Milan as a consultant and managed course training and career workshops. From 2001 to 2007, they were the Head of Career Service Office at MIP Politecnico di Milano. During this time, they organized on-campus events with partner companies, coordinated Italian and international students, and organized career and personal development activities. In 2007, they joined Kilpatrick as a Managing Consultant and worked there until 2014, when they became the Country Manager. In 2022, they became the Client Director of Kilpatrick Executive Search.
Monica Ferrario has a long and varied education history. In 2017, they earned a Senior Practitioner in Business Coaching from SCOA - The School of Coaching - Milan Italy. In 2002-2003, they earned a Master and certification OMT Outdoor Management Trainer from IEN European Institute Neurosciences - Genova. In 1998-1999, they earned a Master in Human Resources Management from Teatro alla Scala - Milan. Lastly, in 1993-1998, they earned a Science of Education with a score of 110/110 cum laude from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore - Milan.
