Stefano Gambardella

Stefano Gambardella has a long and varied career in the field of Human Resources and Business Management. Stefano began their career in 1996 as an Area Export Manager for LIBERTY Steel Group. In 1999 they moved to Valli Zabban S.p.A. in the same role. In 2005, they became Export Manager for Amedei Tuscany. In 2008, they were promoted to Branch Manager for Shenker - The Total English Experience. In 2010, they moved to ARCAFFE' ESTERO in the role of Export Manager. In 2011, they joined S&A Change srl as a Senior Human Resources Consultant. In 2017, they were appointed Senior Business Advisor for Labor-b SpA, and also became a Member of AIDP National Board and a Member of AIDP Tuscany Board. In 2020, they joined Kilpatrick as a Client Director. Kilpatrick is an international company focused on People Solutions, with 80 consultants working from 6 hubs and 18 different locations in Europe, Asia and the Americas.

Stefano Gambardella holds a Master Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from the Università degli Studi di Firenze in Business Management & Marketing, and an Accounting & Computer Analyst, Accounting and Finance from I.T.C. A. Einstein - Firenze. Stefano also holds a certification from persolog in D-I-S-C persolog® based systems.
