Andrew Hennis

Andrew Hennis has an extensive background in property management, currently serving as an Asset Manager and Senior Property Manager at Kilroy Realty Corporation since February 2017, overseeing a Class A office portfolio of 1.1 million square feet in San Francisco. Prior to this role, Andrew held various positions including Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, and Property Coordinator, all focused on managing a 750,000 square foot asset at 303 Second Street. Earlier experience includes a role as a Real Estate Services Coordinator at CBRE, where responsibilities included assisting in the management of a 400,000 square foot Class A office building. Andrew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management, completed in December 2015.
