Ashley Sattler Dugan

Ashley Sattler Dugan has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Ashley started their career at PwC as an Experienced Associate from September 2007 to September 2008. Ashley then joined LBA Realty, where they held various roles including Revenue Accountant from October 2008 to July 2009, Regional Property Accountant from August 2009 to October 2009, Senior Corporate Accountant from October 2009 to June 2011, and finally Corporate Accounting Manager from July 2011 to April 2012. Ashley later joined Kilroy Realty Corporation as Manager of Construction Accounting from April 2012 to May 2012, Manager of Internal Reporting from June 2012 to March 2013, and Manager of Revenue Accounting from April 2013 to October 2015. Ashley then transitioned to the role of Director of Leasing Analytics from November 2015 to February 2021. Afterward, they became Vice President of Leasing Analytics from February 2021 to February 2023. Currently, Ashley holds the position of Vice President of Asset Management Operations and Analytics at Kilroy Realty Corporation, starting in February 2023.

Ashley Sattler Dugan earned their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In April 2012, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant certification from the California Board of Accountancy.
