Bianca F.

Bianca F. has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Bianca began their career as a Financial Management Tutor at the University of Johannesburg in 2010. After that, they gained experience as an Auditor at EY, where they completed their SAICA accredited articles and worked with a variety of clients in different industries. Bianca then became an Audit Senior and was later sent on an international rotation to Los Angeles to work with SEC-listed and non-listed clients, gaining exposure to U.S. GAAP and PCAOB.

In 2016, Bianca joined Gerber & Co., Inc. as part of the Audit team, managing audit engagements for clients in real estate, technology start-ups, media and entertainment, and non-profit sectors. During their time there, they also assisted with various corporation, partnership, and trust tax returns.

In 2019, they moved to Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, where they held roles as a Senior Manager in both Asset Finance and Accounting, and Financial Reporting. In these positions, they managed the US IFRS quarterly consolidations process and worked on investments, divestments, due diligence, prorations, and closing statements.

Currently, Bianca holds the position of Director of Internal Reporting and JV Accounting at Kilroy Realty Corporation, where they started in November 2022.

Bianca F. has a strong education background in the field of accounting. Bianca earned an Honours degree in Accounting from the University of Johannesburg in 2012, focusing on the Theory of Accounting. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Chartered Accountancy, graduating with honors, from the same university between 2009 and 2012.

Before entering university, Bianca attended Alberton High School from 2004 to 2008. There, they completed their Grade 12 certificate, studying subjects like English, Afrikaans, Maths, Science, Business economics, Accounting, and Life orientation.

In addition to their formal degrees, Bianca has earned several certifications to further enhance their professional credentials. In 2016, they became a Chartered Accountant, having obtained the qualification from SAICA CA(SA). Furthermore, in November 2020, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation from the California Board of Accountancy.
