Jeff Chestnut

Jeff Chestnut serves as the Senior Vice President, Investment and Portfolio Management Lead for Kilroy Realty Corporation, overseeing investment and portfolio management for the company's Austin and Los Angeles assets since August 2015. Prior to this role, Jeff held various positions at Kilroy, including Senior Vice President and Vice President focused on the Los Angeles investment market. Jeff's career in finance began as a Financial Analyst at Wells Fargo in the Commercial Real Estate group, with previous experience as a Financial Analyst at Cresa and an internship at CBRE. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management and participated in the Eller Global Business Program at Nanjing University.
