Kim-Eigard Hines is an accomplished engineer with a diverse background in hardware design and electronics management. Currently serving as VP Electronics at Kilter since June 2022, Kim-Eigard previously held roles including Senior Hardware Engineer at Halodi Robotics, where responsibilities encompassed the design and production of critical components, and Group Manager Electronic Circuits at Kongsberg Maritime, managing a team of skilled analog developers. Earlier experience includes developer roles at Prox Dynamics AS and as a researcher at the University of Oslo, complemented by educational qualifications in microelectronics, physics, and instrumentation for high-energy particle physics from reputable institutions.
