Michael Sars Norum

Michael Sars Norum has extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles across various companies. Currently, Michael serves as Chair of the Board and Board Member for Splitkon AS and Kilter, and holds the position of CEO and Board Member at SBG Invest AS. Prior experience includes roles such as Business Developer in M&A and Strategy at Mestergruppen AS, and Chair of the Board at HEBEKKSKOGEN SA. Michael also contributed to Ski Bygg AS in various leadership capacities, including CEO and Board Member, and served as Manager for Business Strategy and Transformation at BearingPoint. Michael holds an MSc in Computer Science from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and has furthered education at BI Norwegian Business School and Yale School of Management.
