Harmony Nelson

Harmony Nelson is an experienced professional currently serving as the Senior Quality Assurance Manager at Kim Joyce & Associates since February 2022. Previously, Harmony held various key positions at Mesa United Way, including Executive Vice President and Director of Community Impact, where responsibilities involved managing programs, data reporting, grant writing, fundraising, and event planning. Notable achievements include managing over 70 part-time volunteer members in AmeriCorps and VISTA programs from 2016 to 2018. Harmony's earlier experience includes roles at the Churchill Institute for Global Engagement, where coordination of the annual Hancock Symposium took place, and marketing and administrative support at Mesa United Way and local government positions focused on youth programs.
