Kathy Thomson

Kathy Thomson is the Vice President of Global Business Development and Design Services at Kimball Electronics. Kathy has over 25 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, including positions at Creation Technologies, Pioneer Metal Finishing, and Plexus Corp.

Thomson began their career in 1996 as a Senior Operations Field Manager at Global Crossing. In this role, they were responsible for managing the company's operations in the field. In 2001, they were promoted to Customer Director at Plexus Corp, where they were responsible for growing manufacturing and design services for a base of large customers. Thomson remained in this role until 2007 when they left to become the Director of Business Development at Pioneer Metal Finishing. In this role, they were responsible for all marketing, customer service, and pricing teams. Kathy held this position until 2010 when they left to join Creation Technologies as their Vice President of Business Development. Thomson remained in this role until 2018 when they joined Kimball Electronics.

Kathy Thomson has a MBA from Lakeland University in the field of Business. Kathy also has a Bachelor of Arts - BA from Lakeland University in the field of Business Administration.
