Sara A. Mospan

Sara A. Mospan currently serves as the HR Payroll Manager at Kimball Electronics, a position held since July 2021. Prior to this role, Sara held the title of Senior HR Business Partner at KIMBALL ELECTRONICS POLAND SP. Z O. O. from January 2017 to June 2021, where responsibilities included leading the Workday Implementation Project and providing HR process diagrams for global operations. Sara began employment with Kimball Electronics Poland in October 2010 as an HR Specialist, focusing on SAP HR for personnel administration and reporting. With a strong background in training management and HR processes, Sara has effectively fulfilled annual training plans for nearly 800 employees and managed a training budget while coordinating with external training providers.
