Board Governance

The Board Governance team at Kimball Union Academy is responsible for setting the strategic direction and ensuring the effective oversight of the school's mission and policies. Composed of trustees and key officers, the team evaluates and strengthens governance practices, supports leadership, and ensures compliance with legal and ethical standards to foster a supportive and sustainable educational environment for students in grades 9-12 and post-graduate programs.
