Melanie Bedogne

Melanie Bedogne currently serves as the Director of Development at Accessible Hope International since September 2024. Prior to this role, Melanie worked at KMS in employee engagement and communications from July 2021 to August 2024. Melanie's extensive experience in the non-profit sector includes serving as Executive Director, Grant Writer, and Program Manager at Water Solutions Group, Inc. from September 2010 to February 2022, where key responsibilities involved implementing USCG Grant programs for boating safety awareness and training. Additionally, Melanie was the Ministry Program Manager for the Nepali Rescue Project from January 2012 to April 2016, focusing on micro enterprise opportunities for Nepali girls rescued from human trafficking, and played a critical role as Domestic Outreach Program Manager at Operation Blessing between October 2004 and April 2007. Melanie's academic background includes an MBA from Regent University and a Bachelor of Arts in New Testament Greek from Oral Roberts University.
