Nicole Chism Griffin

Nicole Chism Griffin currently serves as the Head of Marketing and Public Relations at Kimbell Art Museum, a position held since June 2023. Previously, Nicole held the role of Director of Communications at The Contemporary Austin from May 2014 to October 2022, where responsibilities included strategic advising, brand management, crisis communications, and oversight of public relations and marketing for a multifaceted nonprofit art museum. Nicole’s experience also encompasses freelance public relations and marketing consulting, as well as roles at the Seattle Art Museum and Villa Academy. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Art History from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from The University of New Mexico.
