Adrienne Altman

Adrienne Altman serves as the Vice President of Global Total Rewards and Wellbeing at Kimberly-Clark since April 2022. Prior to this role, Adrienne had a notable career at WTW, spanning from June 1995 to April 2022, where Adrienne held multiple key positions including Managing Director and North America Work and Rewards Business Leader, with full P&L responsibility and leadership over 500 colleagues. Additional roles included Managing Director and Market Leader in Stamford, CT, focusing on Human Capital and Risk Services, Global Client Relationship Director overseeing significant global client portfolios, and Principal in Executive Compensation and Rewards. Adrienne holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science with majors in Economics and Psychology, a Postgraduate Honors in Business Science with a focus on Human Resource Management from the University of Cape Town, and a Master's Degree in Commerce specializing in Organizational Psychology from the University of South Africa.
