Alejandro Pagani

Alejandro Pagani is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the consumer goods industry, currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Head of International Family Care and Professional for EMEA at Kimberly-Clark since September 2012. Pagani has held various leadership roles, including Vice President for EMEA and Latin America and General Manager for Latin America North, managing substantial P&L responsibilities and overseeing large teams across multiple countries. Prior roles at Kimberly-Clark Professional include CFO and Business Intelligence Director for Latin America, where Pagani developed financial and analytical strategies for sustainable growth, and led initiatives in finance, data management, and customer-centric digital strategies. Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark, Pagani held finance positions at SC Johnson and served as an auditor at PKF International.
