Alison Rhoten serves as the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Kimberly-Clark North America, where responsibilities include leading legal strategy and operational support for a significant segment of Kimberly-Clark Corporation’s $11 billion business. Rhoten's extensive legal expertise spans various roles, including VP and Deputy General Counsel at Dover Corporation and The Hillshire Brands Company, along with positions at SunCoke Energy and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Rhoten earned a Doctor of Law degree from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, complemented by a Junior Year Exchange Program at King’s College London.
