Amy Gray

Amy Gray, SPHR, currently serves as the Sr. Director of Corporate Strategy at Kimberly-Clark since October 2023. Previously, from April 2021 to November 2023, Amy held the position of Sr. Director of HR for Kimberly-Clark Professional North America, focusing on enhancing inclusive culture and developing a strong talent pipeline. Throughout a career at Kimberly-Clark that began in 2006, Amy progressed through various roles, including Director of HR Transformation, Global HR Business Partner for the R&D organization, and HR Director for the Global Supply Chain, where strategic HR partnerships were cultivated to drive business results. Amy holds a BA in Communications and Sociology from Wilfrid Laurier University, earned between 1997 and 2001.
