Andres Palma Martinez has extensive experience in tax planning and compliance, currently serving as a Sr Tax Specialist Planning and Risk North LAO and Tax Leader for Ecuador and Panama at Kimberly-Clark since January 2017. Prior to this, Andres held the position of Jefe de Impuestos at Cervecería Nacional, where responsibilities included oversight of tax forms, reconciliations, and compliance obligations, managing a team of two. Additionally, experience as a Senior at Ernst & Young involved leadership over a team of four and duties encompassing tax audits, compliance, and due diligence on various tax-related matters. Academic qualifications include a Magíster en Finanzas from Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral and a degree in Contabilidad y Auditoría from Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil.
