Bing Mei

Bing Mei is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and development within the personal care and cosmetics industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Research and Engineering at Kimberly-Clark since January 2024, Bing Mei leads innovation and discovery initiatives for personal care products. Previously, Bing Mei held various leadership roles at Avon from December 2008 to January 2024, including R&D Executive Director for Package Engineering, where responsibilities encompassed innovation, testing, and sustainability for global packaging efforts, and R&D Director for Global Fragrance Product Development. Additional positions at Avon showcased Bing Mei's expertise in project management, strategic alliances, and formulation technical services. Bing Mei's academic background includes a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a BA in Physics, Economics, and Math from the University of Pennsylvania.
