Bing Mei

Bing Mei is a highly experienced professional in the fields of research and development, currently serving as the Senior Director of Research and Engineering at Kimberly-Clark, focusing on innovation for personal care products since January 2024. Prior to this role, Bing Mei held several key positions at Avon, including R&D Executive Director, where leadership spanned Global Package Engineering, Innovation, Testing, and Sustainability, and R&D Director for the Global Fragrance Product Development. Earlier experience includes roles as Research Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and as a Researcher at the Naval Research Laboratory, centered on nanoparticles and biosensors. Bing Mei earned a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a BA in Physics, Economics, and Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania.
