Christian Santos Beneduce

Christian Santos Beneduce is an experienced Agile leader and consultant currently serving as the Lead Scrum Master and Agile Coach at Kimberly-Clark since May 2023. With a strong background in fostering high-performing teams and optimizing delivery processes, Christian has previously worked as a Senior Scrum Master, directing autonomous cross-functional teams and advocating Agile practices. An independent consultant from January 2010 to May 2023, Christian has provided international expertise in Agile methodologies and technology, including software engineering and automation. Additional experience includes roles such as Agile Coach and Engineering Manager at Avaya, Director of Engineering at smartzen technologies, and Managing Director at Intellect, among others. Christian holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional and a Master's in Software Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires.
