Damaris Aracil

Damaris Aracil is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain leadership, particularly within Kimberly-Clark from January 2017 to June 2021. As MEA Supply Chain Director, Damaris led operations in the Middle East and Africa, providing strategic vision and mentoring to establish supply chain standards. Prior roles include Northern Europe Supply Chain Manager, overseeing operations in Benelux, Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, and MEA Demand Planning Lead & SC Project Manager, where Damaris implemented demand planning processes and coordinated cross-functional teams. Damaris began the career as a Key Account Manager at Freudenberg Household Products from January 1999 to February 2009. Damaris holds a Licenciada degree in Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
