Hany Mokhtar Abdelshafy

Hany Mokhtar AbdelShafy currently serves as Managing Director MEA at Kimberly-Clark since March 2022, overseeing all commercial, organizational, joint venture, and manufacturing activities with full P&L responsibilities. Prior to this role, Hany held various key positions at Procter & Gamble from July 2005 to July 2022, including Senior Sales Director for India, Middle East, and Africa, and Saudi Country Leader. Hany's earlier experience includes serving as Saudi Key Accounts Manager at Henkel from April 2003 to July 2005. Hany holds an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from ESCP Business School and has additional qualifications in Innovation from Cornell University and a Small and Medium Enterprise Diploma from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
