Harshal Dharankar

Harshal Dharankar serves as the India Procurement Head and Asia Pacific Regional Procurement Leader for External Contract Manufacturing at Kimberly-Clark since March 2021. Prior experience includes significant roles at Procter & Gamble from July 2011 to February 2021, where Harshal led global sourcing for various categories, managed a ~$100 million spend on IT/BPO, and directed teams focused on IT services and professional services. Earlier, Harshal held positions in contract manufacturing and materials supply chain management, overseeing sourcing and inventory for India’s beauty care division. Harshal began the career as a Software Engineer at IBM, contributing to innovation projects under the Chief Information Officer. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Operations and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a Bachelor's degree in IT from Pune Institute of Computer Technology.
