Jeff Hutter is a seasoned operations leader with over 20 years of experience in diverse environments, both union and non-union. Currently, Hutter serves as the Plant Manager at Kimberly-Clark’s Beech Island, SC facility, leveraging expertise in Lean principles and Operational Excellence. Previously, Hutter held various leadership roles at Kimberly-Clark, including Plant Manager and Product System Leader for multiple plants, where they focused on safety, quality, productivity, and building strong interpersonal relationships. Hutter earned a degree in Packaging Engineering and Business from UW-Stout between 1995 and 2000.
