Jen Varela

Jen Varela is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in consumer products and brand management. Currently serving as a Marketing Battle Leader at Kimberly-Clark for Intimate Care since August 2023, Varela previously held the position of Marketing Director at Reynolds Consumer Products, focusing on Hefty Waste Bags. Past roles include Senior Brand Manager for both Hefty and Wrigley's Orbit & Eclipse, as well as positions in customer marketing and brand management across various consumer brands. With a strong foundation in sales from Siemens Healthineers, Varela holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
