Juan Sergio Valcarcel is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in leading dynamic strategies and driving growth in key Latin American markets. Currently serving as Marketing Intelligence HUB Director for Kimberly-Clark since December 2021, Juan manages a diverse team focused on innovation, data analytics, media, and e-commerce. Prior to this role, Juan held various prominent positions at Diageo, including Chief Marketing Officer for Diageo Mexico and Global Director for Whiskies, achieving significant market share growth and brand relevance. Juan also contributes to the Fundación para la Aplicación y Enseñanza de las Ciencias as an Advisory Board Member and has been involved with the 40+ League as a Pro Bono Advisory expert.
