Nadia Abuid Chehade

Nadia Abuid Chehade currently serves as the HR Manager for the Andes region at Kimberly-Clark, overseeing HR strategy and organizational competencies in Peru, Bolivia, and Chile since September 2021. With extensive experience at Kimberly-Clark since 2009, Nadia has held various roles including HR Manager for Peru and Bolivia and HR Business Partner, where responsibilities included strategic training needs assessment, talent acquisition, and leadership development. Nadia also worked as the Organizational Development Coordinator and Senior Analyst, focusing on employee satisfaction and development programs. Nadia holds a degree in Organizational Psychology from Universidad de Lima.
