Sarah Lemke is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in materials, design, engineering, and packaging within leading companies in the consumer products industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Materials, Design, Engineering & Packaging at Kimberly-Clark, Sarah leads a team focused on transforming ideas into quality products and executing innovative pipeline strategies for the North American and Global Family Care business. Previously, Sarah held several key roles at Georgia-Pacific LLC, including Senior Director of Professional Washroom Product Development and Director of Professional Towel, Napkin, Skin & Aircare. With a PhD and a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Sheffield, Sarah possesses a strong technical background and a proven track record in driving innovation and product commercialization.
