Frank Marricone

Frank Marricone has over 15 years of experience in facility management and operations. Currently, Frank serves as the Regional Vice President at Kimco Services, LLC, a position held since 2015. Prior to this role, Frank was the Senior Regional Manager at Eurest Services from December 2008 to 2015, and before that, served as the District Manager at Laundry Capital from September 2004 to September 2008. Frank holds a degree from the University of Charleston, further enhancing a solid foundation in leadership and management within the industry.
